REXON is pleased to announce the successful on-site commissioning and stable operation of our ZYD-50 Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier at a customer facility in Saudi Arabia. The equipment has demonstrated excellent performance and reliability under actual field operating conditions.
The deployed model is our REXON ZYD-50 Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier, with a treatment capacity of 3000 LPH. The system is engineered with a high-efficiency double-stage vacuum dehydration and degassing system, combined with a multi-stage high-precision filtration system, enabling effective removal of moisture, dissolved gases, and solid contaminants from transformer oil and insulating oil.
During operation, the system continuously delivers high vacuum separation performance, ensuring deep dehydration and degassing while maintaining stable oil quality. And the multi-stage filtration system further enhances oil cleanliness by removing fine particles and impurities, thereby improving dielectric strength to 75~85kV and extending transformer service life.
Our REXON ZYD-50 oil purifier machine is also integrated with a fully automatic PLC control system, enabling intelligent operation with minimal manual intervention. So the users can easily start, monitor, and manage the oil purification process through the control interface, reducing workload and ensuring consistent and safe operation without continuous supervision.
In addition, the equipment is designed with the metal-enclosed housing door, which provides multiple functional advantages. It effectively protects the oil purifier machine's internal components from dust, rain, and environmental corrosion, ensuring long-term operational stability in harsh field conditions. At the same time, the enclosed design also helps reduce heat exposure in high-temperature environments, providing a comfortable and safer working space for operators during onsite maintenance activities.
Also, to help our customers with onsite operational efficiency, our REXON also provided the quick connection connectors and vacuum oil hose for free, allowing operators to directly connect the oil purifier to transformers or oil storage tanks. This design significantly reduces installation complexity, improves operational flexibility, and enhances the oil filter machines' field usability in different maintenance environments.
